The renovation project above was completed by our in-house general contractor. The project included moderate to heavy interior and exterior repairs. The renovation took approximately 90 days to complete. What made this project so compelling is the low purchase price, the speed of the renovation and time it took to put back on the market. We purchased the property below market, completed the renovations, listed the property, recieved mutliple offers, and sold the property after 10 days of being listed. The total transaction time was 106 days. The property provided the investor with a $12,068 ROI with an annualized return of 27.70%.
Our in-house general contractor started in the kitchen. We installed new countertops, cabinets, and appliances. Additionally, we repaired damaged walls, floors, and other fixtures. In the bathroom, we replaced the sink, toilet, and shower. For the exterior, we applied a stucco finish and new coat of paint. We also planted new grass, shrubs and flowers.
