Prior to launching Legiance, Mr. Granderson was an associate at the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles, CA. During Mr. Granderson’s tenure, he represented The Capital Company of America in the financing of the $250,000,000 acquisition of Fox Plaza in Century City. He also represented Morgan Stanley in their $240,000,000 financing of a cross-collateralized asset package including real estate located in California and Washington, DC.

Business Ownership

Mr. Granderson owns six companies which have each received an Excellent Rating from the Better Business Bureau: Equinaire, Inc. (A), Fulcrum Financial (AAA), Fieldstone Construction (AAA), Blue Mountain Escrow, Inc. (AA), FTI Property Management (AA), and Flagship Realty (AA).
