Only you may access the Service using your username and password. Each individual user must enroll separately and complete his or her own registration. You agree not to resell or transfer the Service or use of or access to the Service.

If any part of the Site Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Site Terms will continue in effect. We may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice to you. You may not assign this Agreement, or assign, transfer or sublicense your rights, if any, in the Sites. All other trademarks are the property of the respective trademark owners. The parties have required that the Site Terms and all documents relating thereto be drawn up in English.

INDEMNITY

As a condition of the use of this website, you, the end user, agree to indemnify Legiance its licensors and third party providers from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorneys' fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of this website, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by you of these terms and conditions.
